What do we need to review your eligibility?
Oral check up
A dental examination should be performed along with your x-rays in order to make a treatment plan.
Send patient data
Before starting treatment that you want the insurance to cover some percentage. Your data must be submitted for review.
Approval of coverage use
Once a response is received from the insurance company, they indicate the percentage they are willing to cover for each treatment.
Having these data present we can make an adjustment in your initial budget.
